Ultimate Gaylord Hotel Registration
We are very excited that you are registering for rooms at the Gaylord. This property is one of the premier resorts in the Orlando area. From the expansive pool to the multiple dining and entertainment options you are going to have a blast……..not to mention the outstanding competition at our Ultimate Championship. To book rooms we need our registration packet filled out, and we have two options below for you to choose from.
Option one is a printable paper version of the registration packet. Please print this out and return it to us either by fax, scanned and emailed (kelley@thejambrands.com), or regular US mail.
Option 2 is to fill out the information on our online form. Please note if you fill out the on line form we will need you to download the registration packet and return the rooming list sheet separately, this must be turned into the Gaylord. After we have received your registration we will notify you via email with a receipt for your room deposit. You will receive a follow up email with your Gaylord confirmation number, and then we will notify you when final payment is due (February 1st).
Here are a few more helpful hints for registering:
Registration forms can either be filled out by a single parent booking a room or an entire program booking at once. Please simply fill out the information that pertains to you ( if you are a single family just fill out one room on the rooming list sheet). Parents also make sure to fill out your program name so that we can keep you clustered with the rest of your program.
The room rate is $225 per night. This is an all inclusive price that takes care of; taxes, resort fees, and parking.
