COA Cheer & Dance recognizes we have the opportunity to let every athlete, coach, and parent realize how personable, caring, positive, and energetic the COA Staff really is!
With that in mind, in 2007 we introduced our new endeavor…. FLIP! With this initiative, we are taking the events you already love for their amazing organization, unbiased score system, courteous and professional staff, and fantastic prizes and we are FLIP-ing on the fun! With FLIP we promise not to forget the bottom line for our athletes - FUN! We promise to LISTEN to every member of the COA Family to find out what we can do to continually improve our events. We promise to portray a positive and professional IMAGE and to be PERSONABLE at all times.

One of the most prestigious awards given out by FLIP is the “FAN-Tastic!” Award! This award is given out at each COA Championship in order to acknowledge the parents, friends, and family of a competing program for their support, enthusiasm, leadership, sportsmanship towards others, and prove to be great role models for their athletes. At the end of the season, at COA’s ULTIMATE Nationals, we draw one team from all the season’s winners to be named the ULTIMATE FAN-Tastic! Prize Winner. The fans of this team receive a plaque to celebrate their achievement, a special gift for you/your program, and a feature on COA’s website ALL YEAR LONG during the 2009-2010 championship season!
